Requirements
• Hands-on and experimental - you're comfortable owning accounts and budgets day-to-day, running tests, and iterating quickly on what the data tells you • Proficient with attribution and CRM tools like HubSpot, with a clear understanding of how paid activity maps to pipeline • Technically curious and able to get up to speed fast on ML/AI concepts - enough to speak the language of the audience you're reaching • 3+ years hands-on experience in B2B growth, paid acquisition, or a commercially rigorous field • Hands-on experience with Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads • Experimental — you're comfortable owning accounts, budgets, and programmes day-to-day, running tests, and iterating quickly on what the data tells you • Proficient with attribution and CRM tools like HubSpot, with a clear understanding of how paid, web, and lifecycle activity map to pipeline • Quick to pick up new tools and workflows — you're already using AI to work faster and smarter, and you're curious about where it goes next • Technically curious and able to get up to speed fast on ML/AI concepts — enough to speak the language of the audience you're reaching
Responsibilities
• Drive high-intent leads from paid, web, and lifecycle programmes to a qualified demo • Own day-to-day operations across our primary paid channels — Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads — with scope to expand into platforms like X, Reddit, ChatGPT, and more • Run conversion optimisation across our website — landing pages, CTAs, forms, and key buyer journeys — to lift demo requests and qualified lead volume • Support our events strategy with paid promotion, pre and post-event nurture, and the follow-up sequences that convert in-person presence into pipeline • Report on and analyze campaign and programme performance in HubSpot, automating reporting and sharing insights with Sales and leadership
