Requirements

• 4-7 years of experience (aligned to Manager or Senior Manager level). You started as an engineer or in management consulting, moved into SaaS implementation, solutions engineering, product management or product operations. You've been the best person in that role and you're ready for more scope. • 4-7 years of experience (aligned to Manager or Senior Manager level). • You’re comfortable with being technical but you don't want to be a full-time engineer. You'll work closely with engineers, leverage internal tools, and independently vibe code solutions. You're technical enough to be dangerous and practical enough to ship. • You’re comfortable with being technical but you don't want to be a full-time engineer. • You speak professional services. You understand how firms operate, how they think about workflows, and what "good" looks like in their world. You've worked with or inside services businesses before. • You speak professional services. • You speak product. You can translate messy firm needs into clear engineering requirements, prioritize a backlog, and make tradeoff decisions with confidence. • You speak product. • You get energy from solving messy operational problems. You thrive in ambiguity, you love working directly with real businesses, and you measure your success by their outcomes, not by features shipped. • You get energy from solving messy operational problems. • You project manage instinctively. Onboarding a firm involves data migration, IT setup, billing, configuration, training, and metrics, all happening in parallel. You keep all of it moving. • You project manage instinctively. • You communicate with clarity and conviction. You'll be leading crucial conversations with firm leadership and staff. That means running demo sessions, leading roadmap reviews, and navigating change management conversations. You're comfortable presenting to senior operators and can build buy-in without a script. • You communicate with clarity and conviction. • What this role is not • A support ticket queue. Firms should never feel like they're logging helpdesk requests. • A support ticket queue. • A shadow engineering team. You complement the tech pods, you don't duplicate them. • A shadow engineering team. • Passive account management. You are proactive, embedded, and outcome-driven. • Passive account management.

Benefits

• Multiplier Holdings is scaling from 3 to 10+ portfolio companies by mid-2026. Our thesis is simple: acquire great firms, then make them materially better through shared technology and scale. The first part is working. The second part needs dedicated owners. • This role is the 10x multiplier for our tech pods in each vertical. PX sits between our portfolio companies and our product engineering team, owning the full product lifecycle from onboarding through ongoing adoption. You'd turn our application capabilities into real, working workflows inside each firm - leveraging AI, automation, and vibe-coded utilities to build repeatable playbooks that scale across the portfolio without sacrificing quality. • This is not a support role. It's a strategic operator role for someone who speaks professional services and product, and is excited about being accountable for making our portfolio companies genuinely successful with our products. • What you'll own • What you'll own • Your work breaks into two stages of the firm lifecycle: • Stage 1: New firm onboarding • Goal: Accelerate product onboarding time from months to weeks • You drive and project manage the end-to-end product onboarding for each new portfolio company: • Product solutioning — map out firm workflows, identify bottlenecks, design + implement new workflows leveraging internal and 3rd party tools to help improve firm productivity. This might involve building new automations independently or working with the engineering teams to develop new application capabilities. • Product solutioning • Data migration — scope what data needs to be migrated, work with engineers to execute, and validate clean data transfer from legacy systems to our application • Data migration • Tooling consolidation — work with Corporate IT to setup firm Microsoft/Google instances, evaluate the existing firm's tech stack, and decide what tools to keep vs consolidate • Tooling consolidation • Billing setup — configure billing infrastructure so firms can operate from day one • Billing setup • Initial product training — upskill the firm's employees from 0 to 1 to enable value-creation via our platform • Initial product training • Goal: Measurement infrastructure live within 30 days of firm close • You set up the measurement infrastructure from day one: • Define and instrument baseline product and business metrics (time per workflow, time in Multiplier vs. client court, etc.) • Build and manage reports and dashboards that track performance improvement over time • Create the data layer that helps articulate our platform is actually making firms more efficient (higher throughput, higher FCF) • Stage 2: Ongoing engagement • Once a firm is onboarded, you own the ongoing relationship and product experience: • Firm product cadence (goal: product adoption + alignment) — lead regular roadmap review sessions and product demo walkthroughs with firm operators and staff, keeping them informed on what's shipping, gathering live feedback, and building buy-in for new capabilities before they land • Firm product cadence • Product operations (goal: resolution speed + CSAT) — triage incoming requests and issues, prioritize ruthlessly, and manage the pipeline for tech pod consumption. You help ensure the engineering teams work on the right things. • Product operations • Last-mile product customization (goal: CSAT) — tailor existing tools to niche firm use cases using configurations, internal tools, and vibe coding. You’ll build the long-tail solutions that the engineering teams won’t be able to prioritize. • Last-mile product customization • Value-add support (goal: CSAT) • Value-add support • Reporting: enabling automated reporting for firms using our dashboarding tools • Billing: enabling automated billing for firms using our billing tools • Training and enablement (goal: product adoption) — ongoing education, documentation, and change management to drive real adoption amongst staff and end clients • Training and enablement • How we'll measure success • Onboarding metrics • Metric What it measures Onboarding time Days from close to first productive workflow on platform Onboarding NPS How the firm feels about their technical onboarding Metrics readiness Time to baseline dashboards and reporting live • Ongoing engagement metrics • Metric What it measures Resolution speed Time from issue/request reported to resolved CSAT Satisfaction across product ops, customization, and support Product adoption rate % of firm team on platform; % of workflows on native tooling Time in court Time in Multiplier vs. sitting in client/firm court • You won't be buried in a feature factory or managing a backlog from a distance. You'll work directly with firm leadership across 3-5+ portfolio companies, have a seat at the table with engineering, and own real outcomes for real businesses. The platform is early enough that your fingerprints will be on how it evolves, and the portfolio is growing fast enough that your scope will too. If you want high autonomy, high ownership, and the chance to build something from the ground up, this is it. • Opportunity to join early in the growth journey of a company building a differentiated operator model at the intersection of services and AI. • High visibility, broad strategic responsibility, and the potential to evolve rapidly into a leadership role • Competitive salary + performance-based bonus / equity • Unlimited paid leave, to rest and recharge as necessary • Remote or flexible hybrid work arrangement depending on location • Comprehensive medical and dental insurance coverage
