NetEase Games - Principal / Senior Animator

• Solid foundation in animation design; understanding of cinematography and camera techniques for animation; strong grasp of body mechanics, movement rhythm for both humanoid and non-humanoid characters; • Rich imagination with excellent action design capabilities, able to create smooth and dynamic action performances; • Strong teamwork awareness and good communication/collaboration skills; • Familiarity with action games, with deep understanding of impact feel (game feel) in combat actions; • 8+ years of professional experience in action design for large-scale games.
