Requirements
• 3-5 years of experience in an HR Generalist, HR Associate, or people operations role • Solid understanding of core HR functions including benefits, leave administration, and employment law basics • High emotional intelligence and good judgment when it comes to sensitive employee situations • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment • Familiarity with HRIS platforms (Rippling experience a strong plus) • High ownership mindset, a strong work ethic, and a team-first attitude • Runway strives to recruit and retain exceptional talent from diverse backgrounds while ensuring pay equity for our team. Responsibilities
• Manage onboarding, and offboarding for full time employees and contractors • Manage day-to-day HRIS administration and ensure data integrity • Support other key areas like employee visa processes, leave management, etc. • Serve as a reliable first point of contact for employee relations matters, applying good judgment and escalating when appropriate • Become a trusted resource to employees for various topics like benefits, company policies, etc. • Partner with the HR manager to drive key programs like performance reviews, open enrollment, engagement surveys, etc. • Pitch in wherever the team needs; no task is too small if it moves things forward
