Requirements

Responsibilities
• Run High-Impact Events • Plan and execute a portfolio of field programs including industry conferences, executive dinners, workshops, roadshows, and sponsorships. Own everything from planning and vendor coordination to on-site execution to post-event strategy. • Drive Pipeline Through Field Programs • Partner with sales to ensure events generate real pipeline. Set goals for meetings, leads, and opportunities—and ensure strong follow-up after every event. • Partner Closely with Sales • Work with regional sales leaders to identify pipeline gaps and launch targeted events or field programs to engage priority accounts. Develop account based marketing plan with sales for the high priority accounts. • Identify the Right Opportunities • Evaluate 3rd party conferences and sponsorships to determine where LangChain should show up and how we can stand out. • Own Event Operations • Coordinate logistics including booth materials, vendors, shipments, and event tech. Ensure reps are prepped and ready to maximize every event. • Build the Playbook • Build the Playbook • Continuously refine our field marketing playbook—testing formats, improving ROI, and scaling what works.
Benefits
