Fanatics Collectibles - Senior Backend Engineer - Live & Collect

• 6+ years of backend software engineering experience • Strong experience building distributed systems at scale • Experience designing resilient APIs and microservice architectures • Deep understanding of concurrency, asynchronous processing and event-driven systems • Experience building high-throughput, low-latency backend services • Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures and modern backend infrastructure • Experience designing observable, resilient and fault-tolerant systems • Comfortable making architectural decisions in fast-moving environments • We build much of our platform in Elixir, taking advantage of its strengths for highly concurrent, distributed systems. Experience with Elixir is a bonus—not a requirement.
