Requirements

• We’d love to hear from you if you: • 3+ years of experience in an HR or People Ops role • Solid working knowledge across the HR lifecycle (onboarding, offboarding, payroll, benefits, compliance basics, and employee support) • Strong attention to detail and comfort working with sensitive, confidential information • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple recurring processes and deadlines simultaneously • Comfortable following established processes and escalating judgment calls to senior team members when necessary • A proactive, "no task too small" mindset — eager to learn and grow within People Ops • Experience supporting a distributed/remote workforce
