Requirements

• 12+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, with significant experience at the Vice President or senior leadership level. • Proven experience leading marketing across both B2B and B2C business models. • Demonstrated success marketing to health systems, providers, and healthcare decision makers. • Strong background across brand, product marketing, integrated marketing, and growth/performance marketing. • People management experience with demonstrated ability to effectively lead multi-disciplinary marketing teams to execute with demonstrated commitment to exceeding metrics in a fast-paced environment. • Proven track record of success in developing and implementing strategies in a similar leadership role. • Demonstrated experience partnering closely with Sales, Product, and executive leadership to drive measurable business outcomes. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations. • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with a talent for communicating and gaining buy-in as well as cultivating and maintaining relationships. • Demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate with humility, inclusiveness, and open-mindedness to other perspectives. Demonstrated ability to solicit input on topics and balance those perspectives. • Flex PTO (3-5 wks/year recommended) + 11 paid company holidays. • Generous parental leave.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve Equip’s overarching marketing vision, strategy, and execution to drive brand awareness, demand generation, and revenue growth across B2B and B2C audiences, in alignment with business and growth objectives. • Define and steward Equip’s brand positioning, narrative, and voice, ensuring consistency and credibility across all audiences and touchpoints. • Lead, develop, and scale a high-performing marketing organization across creative marketing, integrated marketing, product marketing, and growth and lifecycle marketing, fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. • Establish clear KPIs and reporting to measure marketing effectiveness, ROI, and business impact across channels. • Educate and influence stakeholders on modern marketing strategies, tradeoffs, and measurement. • Serve as a strategic thought partner to executive leadership, provider insights on market dynamics, positioning, and growth opportunities. • Leverage deep understanding of the healthcare ecosystem to inform marketing strategy and position the company as a credible, trusted partner.

This is a stationary position that requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards as well as to talk or hear by telephone.
