• Serve as a vital connective tissue between R&D powerhouses and Global Communications team. • Collaborate closely with Internal Communications and Product & Partnership Communications Teams. • Shape internal narratives of the Head of Consumer Experience and Head of Technology & Platforms to identify breakthroughs for global stage. • Ensure Consumer Product Comms team is armed with insights from R&D, translating technical complexity into consumer magic. • Act as a scout within teams to find stories before they hit the roadmap (R&D Intelligence Lead). • Serve as strategic counselor and communications partner for VP of Consumer Experience and SVP of Tech & Platforms, ensuring their messaging is high-signal. • Translate deep-tech milestones into clear narratives to help the external team prioritize global storytelling (The Connective Tissue). • Manage healthy tension between technical visionaries and comms experts using data, gut instinct, and diplomacy (Navigate the Friction).
