Responsibilities
• As a Lead Technical Enablement Engineer, you will focus on high-impact duties and expected outcomes to drive our global technical learning initiatives forward. Your core responsibilities include: • Design & Develop: Build engaging, reusable training content including courses, learning modules, and onboarding materials tailored specifically for technical roles like Sales Engineers (SE) and Technical Architects (TA). • Design & Develop: • Deliver & Facilitate: Lead high-impact virtual and in-person Bootcamps, interactive workshops, and targeted coaching sessions for technical audiences globally. • Deliver & Facilitate: • Enable & Onboard: Optimise the onboarding experience for the Solutions Consulting organisation to significantly accelerate field ramp time. • Enable & Onboard: • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner seamlessly with Solutions Consulting (SC) Leadership, Product Management (PM), Product Marketing (PMM), and Learning Experience Delivery (LED) teams to continuously align our curriculum with evolving business priorities. • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: • Manage Multiple Priorities: Successfully drive several concurrent projects with cross-functional stakeholders, delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment. • Manage Multiple Priorities:
