Whoop - Senior Hardware Compliance Engineer

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field • 5–8+ years of experience in hardware compliance, regulatory engineering, or product certification • Deep knowledge of FCC, CE, and global regulatory frameworks • Hands-on experience running EMC/RF testing, SAR, and certification processes • Experience working with external labs and certification agencies • Ability to debug compliance failures and collaborate on hardware design improvements • Knowledge of battery safety standards (IEC 62133, UN38.3) • Familiarity with environmental regulations (RoHS, REACH, etc.) • Experience supporting global market launches • This role is based in the WHOOP office located in Boston, MA.
