Responsibilities
• Own paid growth end-to-end • Own the global paid digital media budget across Meta, Google, and emerging platforms. • Set paid media strategy aligned to company growth goals across multiple markets. • Forecast, plan, and allocate spend to maximize ROI, LTV, and sustainable growth. • Lead and develop high-performing teams • Manage and mentor a team of media buyers and a creative squad. • Build strong operating rhythms between performance, creative, and analytics. • Set clear goals, accountability, and performance standards for the team. • Turn paid into a competitive advantage • Move paid media beyond execution into a core strategic growth lever. • Identify and unlock new acquisition opportunities, platforms, and formats. • Continuously test, learn, and scale what works — from creatives to bidding strategies. • Drive creative excellence • Partner closely with the creative squad to develop high-performing ad concepts. • Use performance insights to inform briefs, messaging, and creative direction. • Champion rapid experimentation and iteration across creative formats. • Operate globally • Adapt paid strategies to different markets, audiences, and growth stages. • Balance global consistency with local market nuance. • Work cross-functionally with product, data, and regional teams. • Measure what matters • Define and track success metrics across the funnel. • Build clear reporting that tells the story behind the numbers. • Use insights to influence broader growth and marketing strategy.
