Baringa - Energy Networks - Senior Consultant - Manager

• You will have consulting and/or industry experience in utilities, networks, water or adjacent asset-intensive sectors (e.g., oil and gas), with a strong understanding of how regulated businesses operate. • You’ve built credibility in one or more of: capital delivery (portfolio/programme/project delivery), asset management, field operations, or technology-enabled operational transformation. • You’ve supported digital, data, and/or AI-driven change and can translate technology opportunities into pragmatic value cases, target operating models and delivery roadmaps. • You bring a collaborative, high-performing team ethos and a genuine passion for the energy transition and delivering outcomes for clients. • You are comfortable with travel to client sites as needed (typically 1–2 days per week, varying by project) and value hybrid working with purposeful time together. • What a career at Baringa will give you • Putting People First. • Baringa is a People First company and wellbeing is at the forefront of our culture.
