Responsibilities

• Nurture SmithRx relationships with key contacts in the Health Plan and TPA communities to drive strong partnerships and increase understanding of our capabilities. • Drive opportunity growth through the Health Plan and TPA channels. • Effectively collaborate with members of cross-functional teams: Sales, Customer Success, Sales Ops, Partnerships, Strategy, Analytics, Product, and Marketing. • Ensure our work is informed by market influencers and payer-specific needs. • Brainstorm and develop creative ways for partner enablement • Facilitate meetings with partners to drive excitement about our value proposition. • Assist with responses to partner-sourced RFPs. • Travel 10-15% based on season and business need. • 3-5+ years of experience with Bachelor’s. • 1-3+ years of experience with Masters Degree. • PBM or Health Plan experience specifically working with payers, TPAs, or brokers preferred but not required. • Partnerships or relationship development in a growth health tech environment is a bonus. • Working knowledge of PBM pricing and underwriting. • Ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-changing environment. • Ability to quickly understand complex internal processes and needs. • Excellent poise, presentation skills, and strong writing skills. • Adept at social selling and professional networking. • What SmithRx Offers You: • Highly competitive wellness benefits including Medical, Pharmacy, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance and AD&D Insurance • Flexible Spending Benefits • 401(k) Retirement Savings Program • Short-term and long-term disability • Discretionary Paid Time Off • Paid Company Holidays • Wellness Benefits • Commuter Benefits • Paid Parental Leave benefits • Employee Assistance Program (EAP) • Well-stocked kitchen in office locations • Professional development and training opportunities
