OutcomesAI - Senior AI Engineer

• PhD/Masters in AI, Computer Science, Data Science, or related quantitative field • 3+ years of experience as individual contributor on AI product (e.g., AI/ML engineer, SDE, DS) • Deep understanding of concepts and algorithms underlying deep learning, including LLM/LMM • Hands-on experience in LLM/LMM pre-training, fine-tuning, data curation and synthesis • Experienced in agent frameworks such as Langchain and/or building custom agentic frameworks • Strong coding skills in Python and experience in PyTorch or other deep learning frameworks • Experience in MLOps, system integration and monitoring of ML models in production • Hands-on experience building LLM-based solutions to solve domain-specific problems • Excellent communication skills and ability to clearly articulate complex problems • Preferred Qualification • Experience in healthcare industry and familiarity with healthcare data • Ability to implement and deploy latest GenAI research into production system • Publications in AI journals/conferences or contributions to open-source GenAI projects
