Requirements
• You apply core design principles confidently and creatively • You have a good understanding of HTML and CSS • You have a systematic approach to design, and enjoy making things organised and structured • You can balance commercial, resource and technical constraints • A commitment to using modern tools effectively – including AI – to maximise quality, speed, and rigour, while retaining responsibility for accuracy and outcomes • Strong Figma knowledge • Experience building and maintaining websites in Webflow • Basic JavaScript or TypeScript knowledge • Experience working in the B2B or finance space
