Requirements
• 5+ years of marketing experience, with 4 years focused on lifecycle management, CRM marketing, or retention marketing. • Strong experience managing email and SMS lifecycle campaigns. • Proven experience building and optimizing automated lifecycle flows. • Strong analytical skills and demonstrated experience using data to improve campaign performance. • Experience managing cross-functional projects and coordinating multiple stakeholders. • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. • Availability to work core business hours aligned with Central and Eastern Time (CST/EST). • Nice-to-Have: • Hands-on experience with Iterable and Circle. • Experience working with remote or international teams
Responsibilities
• Marketing Strategy and Planning • Assist in the development of comprehensive marketing that align with the company’s overall goals and objectives. • Collaborate with the VP of Marketing to ensure all campaigns are executed efficiently and effectively. • Monitor team performance and act as a liaison between cross-functional teams and leadership. • Own the execution, management, and optimization of email and SMS lifecycle campaigns and automated flows. • ClickUp Workflows and Project Management: • Utilize ClickUp project management software to create and manage workflows across all marketing teams. • Streamline processes, assign tasks, set deadlines, and monitor progress to ensure efficient and timely execution of marketing initiatives. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth coordination and timely project delivery. • Ensuring all tickets go through the proper final review and approval process. • Support and facilitate onboarding processes for new marketing team members. • Digital Marketing and Content Creation: • Oversee the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., website, social media, email, SEO). • Collaborate with the content team to create compelling and engaging content that resonates with the target audience. • Ensure alignment of marketing content with established brand guidelines, voice, and messaging. • Run A/B tests on lifecycle campaigns to continuously improve engagement, retention, and conversion rates. • Data Analysis and Optimization: • Analyze marketing campaign performance and user behavior to identify areas for improvement.
