Responsibilities
• Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree with 2–4 years of relevant data analysis or data management experience, OR• High school diploma or GED with 8–10 years of directly related experience in data analysis, reporting, or comparable roles.• Demonstrated proficiency using data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI, SAS, R, or Python).• Strong skills in data cleaning, validation, and statistical analysis.• Ability to interpret and present complex data in a clear, concise manner for both technical and non-technical audiences.• Experience creating reports, dashboards, and visual data presentations.• Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and data quality standards.• Familiarity with SSA, federal data privacy, and security requirements preferred.• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration and reporting.• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity in all work with sensitive data.
