Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst, preferably within the Telecom or Tech industry. • Proven ability to synthesize complex regulatory documents into actionable engineering tasks. • Comfortable discussing technical concepts such as SIP, SMS routing, and MNP databases with engineers. • Highly skilled in writing clear User Stories, Functional Specs, and managing Jira tickets that an engineering team can execute against. • Experience or deep interest in international roaming, interconnectivity, and the nuances of varying global telecom markets. • Ability to create clear, structured technical documentation and process flowcharts. • Ability to act as a liaison between legal, product, and engineering teams. • Good verbal and written communication skills in English. • Bonus: • Prior work experience in MVNO or Mobile Core environments. • Experience with GSMA standards and eSIM technology. • Familiarity with Lawful Interception (LI) and regional compliance reporting. • Please note that to be considered for this role, you must reside in and be fully eligible to work in either the UK or Spain. • Analyze and interpret complex technical business problems to provide actionable insights for decision making within the organization. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT professionals, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements, gather data, and communicate findings effectively. • Develop detailed reports and presentations that clearly articulate technical business analysis results to both non-technical and technical audiences within the organization. • Monitor industry trends and technological advancements relevant to the company's sector to anticipate potential impact on current projects or future initiatives, providing recommendations based on this knowledge. • Participate in regular meetings with senior management and other key stakeholders to discuss project statuses, progress updates, risks, issues, and opportunities for improvement. • Assist in the development of business strategies by identifying potential areas for growth or expansion within the company's technical operations. • Provide guidance on resource allocation decisions related to technology investments based on thorough analysis of costs, benefits, return on investment (ROI), and alignment with organizational goals. • Contribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies or bottlenecks within existing technical systems and proposing solutions for optimization. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and emerging technologies, staying informed through continuous learning opportunities such as conferences, workshops, webinars, etc.
