Requirements
• Experience: 8+ years of experience in Financial Operations, Payments, or Fintech, with at least 2+ years in a senior leadership capacity managing global or remote teams. • Scaling Mindset: A proven track record of moving beyond manual processes by leveraging AI, Machine Learning, or Advanced Automation to drive efficiency. • Scaling Mindset: • Operational Rigor: Deep expertise in the transaction lifecycle, including funds flow, reconciliation, and global clearing systems. • Operational Rigor: • Strategic Problem Solving: The ability to look past immediate "fires" to build scalable systems and long-term structural improvements. • Strategic Problem Solving: • Tech-Savviness: Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Looker, Tableau) and a strong understanding of how backend financial infrastructure integrates with customer-facing products. • Tech-Savviness: • Communication: Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional partners and present clearly to executive leadership. • Communication: • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field. Responsibilities
• Global Team Leadership: Direct and mentor a multi-regional Financial Operations team, fostering a culture of high performance, accountability, and customer-centricity. • Global Team Leadership: • Operational Excellence (BAU): Oversee the end-to-end transaction lifecycle, ensuring all KPIs and SLAs are met with 100% accuracy. • Operational Excellence (BAU): • AI & Digital Transformation: Identify and implement AI-driven solutions and automation tools to reduce manual intervention, eliminate friction, and scale operations non-linearly with business growth. • AI & Digital Transformation: • Process Uplift: Conduct deep-dive analysis into existing workflows to identify bottlenecks; design and execute process re-engineering projects that improve both speed and service quality. • Process Uplift: • Stakeholder Management: Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Treasury, and Customer Success teams to align operational capabilities with new product launches and market expansions. • Stakeholder Management: • Data-Driven Governance: Build and maintain robust reporting dashboards to monitor global health metrics, providing senior leadership with actionable insights into operational performance. • Data-Driven Governance:
