Requirements
• Education & Certifications • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field required. • ITIL Foundation certification required. • 3–5 years of experience in technical or application support. • Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical users. • Familiarity with SQL and basic database concepts. • Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow or BMC Helix. • Knowledge of software testing and quality assurance practices. • Ability to work independently while effectively managing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
