Requirements

Responsibilities
• Own creative strategy, planning, and execution across all paid social channels, including Meta, Pinterest, and LinkedIn • Translate winning paid social concepts across regions, ensuring creative is optimized for local audiences and not simply translated • Oversee EU localization and translation development for paid campaigns • Build and manage a scalable UGC creator pipeline, leveraging organic content and strategic partnerships • Manage campaign timelines, deliverables, contracts, and billing for partnerships within scope • Lead the paid social learning agenda across North America and Europe, driving structured testing and iteration • Partner with Performance Marketing to turn reporting and insights into actionable creative improvements • Identify and test creative approaches that support overall channel growth and efficiency goals • Develop repeatable creative templates to support Field team events • Streamline event related creative to improve speed, consistency, and production efficiency • Create email templates for the Field team that increase engagement and simplify execution • Ensure all creative is on brand, audience specific, and aligned to funnel stage and vertical strategy
