Responsibilities

• Own customer projects end-to-end, managing timelines, stakeholders, risks, and outcomes, while acting as the primary point of contact and building strong, trusted relationships. • Support customers in going live with hx Renew quickly and effectively, balancing pace with quality and ensuring delivery drives meaningful outcomes. • Create and maintain clear, real-time views of project progress, including milestones, dependencies, risks, and status, surfacing issues early and keeping both customers and internal teams aligned. • Define, use, and continuously improve core project management artefacts (e.g. plans, RAID logs, governance rhythms, handovers) so delivery is consistent, high-quality, and easy to follow. • Apply AI and automation to improve how projects are run, from summarising workshops and generating updates to identifying risks and improving visibility across delivery. • Translate customer needs into clear actions for Model Development, Technology, and Customer Engineering, ensuring alignment across teams and smooth execution. • Contribute to improving how we deliver as a function, refining processes, templates, and ways of working to make delivery more scalable and effective over time.
