Requirements
• Recent graduate with a strong academic record • Curiosity and an investigative mindset • Clear communicator, both written and verbal • Strong quantitative skills and comfort working with data • Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude Code or Cursor
Responsibilities
• Support the execution and optimization of marketing campaigns end to end — from targeting and creative through to post-campaign analysis • Build and maintain monitoring and reporting infrastructure across key areas of the business • Diagnose changes in performance metrics and present root-cause findings • Develop and prove out business hypotheses with data • Analyze customer acquisition channel performance and economics • Conduct competitive and market analysis to inform our strategy
