Requirements

• 4–8+ years in B2B SaaS demand generation or growth marketing • Proven track record of owning pipeline and revenue targets and delivering measurable results against enterprise or mid-market sales motions • Experience with marketing automation and CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with funnel metrics • Excellent cross-functional collaboration abilities, especially with Sales • Experience marketing to legal, compliance, procurement, or professional services buyers is a plus • Startup or high-growth environment experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute demand generation strategies focused on enterprise accounts across legal departments, procurement teams, and law firms • Build integrated, multi-channel campaigns across email, webinars, events, paid media, content, and outbound support • Create and scale ABM programs targeting strategic accounts • Partner with Account Executives and SDRs to align on target account strategy and build campaigns that support strategic opportunities and expansion efforts • Launch executive roundtables, customer events, and webinar programs designed to generate qualified meetings • Develop nurture programs tailored to enterprise buying committees • Run experiments to improve engagement, meeting generation, and pipeline creation • Improve marketing automation and campaign operations • Help define scalable demand gen processes as Spellbook grows

The salary range listed for a position reflects the expected total wage range for the role—including base salary and on-target commissions, where applicable—and may span multiple career levels.
