Requirements
• Experience as a Technical Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, Business Analyst or Product Owner within an agile product team. • Experience translating product requirements into detailed stories and acceptance criteria. • A strong understanding of systems, APIs, integrations and data flows. • Confidence working with JSON, REST APIs and tools such as Postman. • Working knowledge of SQL for data investigation and validation. • Experience mapping business processes and identifying downstream impacts. • Strong collaboration skills with the confidence to challenge and influence. • Experience using tools such as Jira and Confluence. • A detail-focused approach without losing sight of the wider product outcome. • Experience within membership, subscription, health and fitness, retail or multi-country digital platforms would be advantageous.
