Requirements
• At least 5+ years of experience in web content management or digital production • Deep expertise with enterprise-grade CMS systems; Sanity is a plus! • Strong technical understanding of web technologies and best practices for creative work, including SEO optimization, accessibility compliance (WCAG 2.1+), brand consistency across editorial surfaces such as blogs, news, resources pages, etc. • Experience with international content deployment and localization workflows to maintain regional relevance while upholding global standards for accuracy and SEO optimization in multiple languages/regions (experience is preferred but not mandatory) • Excellent project management skills; ability to coordinate between marketing, design, product, development teams. Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban appreciated. ✅ Must have experience leading complex content workflows for international launches and maintain brand consistency across regions/languages (experience is preferred but not mandatory) • Ability to translate marketing and product briefs into clear production plans, own new page development through launch while managing localization workflows. Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban appreciated ✅ Must have experience in coordinating multiple stakeholders across different teams (experience is preferred but not mandatory) • Understanding of SEO and web accessibility standards, digital brand governance principles to ensure content accuracy. Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end content publishing workflows, managing priorities and serving as the primary technical liaison between marketing, design, product, and development resources. • Manage and optimize our CMS to ensure it meets marketing needs while maintaining strong technical standards and scalable workflows. • Oversee quality assurance for all published content, including SEO optimization, accessibility compliance, brand consistency, and accuracy across editorial surfaces (blog, news, resources). • Drive continuous improvement in content operations through process optimization, technology enhancements, and clear documentation for web standards, templates, and best practices. • Translate product and marketing briefs into clear production plans, owning new page development from launch while maintaining localization workflows and timely updates across existing and new regions as we grow.
