Requirements

Responsibilities
• Systems Architecture & Innovation • The Salesforce Vision: Act as the primary owner of Salesforce, moving us away from "out of the box" setups toward a bespoke architecture that supports complex multi-product motions. • Tech Stack Evolution: Evaluate, implement, and integrate the next generation of our stack (e.g., Gong, Clari, LeanData, or specialized Billing/FinTech tools). • Automation: Build advanced flows and triggers that eliminate "manual grunt work" for our Account Executives and Success Managers. • Data Integrity & Strategic Insight • The "Single Source of Truth": Define and maintain our core revenue metrics (CAC, LTV, GRR/NRR, and Pipeline Velocity). • Predictive Analytics: Don't just report on what happened; build the models that tell us what will happen. You will provide the CRO and CEO with the insights needed to pivot or double down on specific segments. • Lifecycle Mapping: Optimize the handoff points between Marketing, Sales, and Success to ensure no lead or customer falls through the cracks. • Strategic Partnership • Forecasting: Lead the weekly and monthly revenue forecasting process, ensuring high accuracy and accountability across the leadership team. • Incentive Design: Help design and track commission structures that align with our long-term growth goals. • Enablement Liaison: Partner with Enablement to ensure that every system change you make is backed by a training plan so the team actually uses what you build.
