We always make space for exceptional people, so if you don't fit this role exactly, tell us where you would. https://jobs.ashbyhq.com/fluidstack/05c2e69c-42f9-4fcb-9cf0-a467aaf98f1c • You've designed or re-designed a warehouse layout and can point to the throughput or cost improvement it produced. • You've run a time and motion study and turned it into a standard work instruction that a new hire could follow on day one. • You've modeled dock, rack, or staging capacity against real operational data, not rule-of-thumb assumptions. • You've partnered with a systems team to make sure new software matched a real physical process instead of forcing the process to bend to the software. • You get to a site, watch how work actually happens, and find the waste that nobody built a report to catch. • Bonus: Lean Six Sigma or industrial engineering background. Experience in data center, manufacturing, or high-throughput distribution environments. Familiarity with warehouse simulation or layout modeling tools.

This range represents our good faith estimate of the compensation for this role at the time of posting.
