Requirements
• Experience with data platforms or developer-focused products. • Background as a Technical Project Manager, Professional Services Project Manager, Technical Account Manager, or Implementation Manager. • Fluency in both English and Spanish. • The estimated salary for this role ranges from $110,000 - $130,000 based on leveling and geography, along with an equity component and a comprehensive benefits package. This range is merely an estimate; actual compensation may deviate from this range based on skills, experience, and qualifications.
Responsibilities
• Facilitate regular engagement cadences with customers to ensure alignment, maintain momentum, and monitor progress. • Collaborate with customers to identify and maintain a backlog of initiatives that support platform adoption. • Orchestrate internal scoping and execution with Service Delivery Engineers and Architects. • Monitor service utilization to ensure projects remain within contracted scope. • Proactively surface delivery risks and coordinate resources to resolve blockers. • Partner with Sales and Account teams to align delivery work with overall account strategies and priorities.
