Requirements
• Experience in GTM Operations, Enablement, or Commercial/Business Analytics within a B2B SaaS, data/analytics, or technical environment. • Proven ability to move beyond reporting-you don't just find the data; you proactively build the systems, dashboards or workflows that allow teams to scale and improve results. • Strong project management skills and the ability to drive execution across functions (Product, Research, Sales) without direct authority. • High level of competency in MS Excel for commercial modeling and experience with CRM/BI tools. • Ability to work and communicate effectively in a fast-paced, international setting. • Experience applying growth marketing principles and "growth hacking" techniques. • Background in launching new products to accelerate the sales cycle. • Experience supporting products that require significant customer education. • Exposure to multi-product portfolios at different maturity stages. • Experience using coding to automate manual reporting and streamline commercial workflows. • Familiarity with commodities, energy, maritime, or financial markets. • ## Core Competencies • Strategic Systems Thinker: You don't just solve the immediate problem; you build scalable processes and "single source of truth." • Collaborative Facilitator: You are a natural "bridge."
