Responsibilities
• Build AI-powered growth systems: Think automated pipelines that take a target account list, enrich contacts, generate ad concepts, write copy, render creatives, and push live campaigns, all in one session. • Build AI-powered growth systems: • Run growth experiments: Design hypotheses, build the minimum version to test them, measure results, and move on. Across paid, social, email, community, SEO - wherever the opportunity is. • Run growth experiments: • Amplify distribution: Content that doesn't reach anyone is just a draft. You'll work to amplify our thought leadership and make sure our work gets in front of the right people - whether that's organic reach, sponsorships, communities, or partners. • Amplify distribution: • Use AI natively: You'll use AI tools the way other people use email - not as a novelty, but as a force multiplier on everything from copy to research to campaign setup.
