Requirements

Responsibilities
• Analyse customer behaviour, revenue and usage patterns to evaluate new initiatives and industry programmes • Support the design and evaluation of trials and pilots to measure their impact on customers, operators and the wider rail ecosystem • Translate complex analyses into clear insights and recommendations for internal teams and external stakeholders • Produce high-quality analytical deliverables and presentations for senior stakeholders and external partners. • Work closely with Data Scientists to structure analytical approaches and interpret results from large and complex datasets • Build dashboards and reports to help teams and partners monitor the impact of initiatives and new programmes • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across data, product, commercial and external partners to ensure insights inform decision making • Help shape how we measure success for new ticketing approaches and industry innovations
