Chainlink Labs - People Systems & AI Operations Engineer

• 10+ years of experience in HR Technology, People Systems, Enterprise Applications, or Integration-focused roles with increasing ownership and complexity • Proven experience designing and managing integrations across multiple HR platforms, including enterprise HCMs such as Workday • Hands-on experience building and deploying AI or LLM-powered solutions in a business environment, including prompt engineering and agentic workflows • Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, ETL/ELT concepts, and integration tooling such as Workato, MuleSoft, Boomi, or similar platforms • Track record of delivering automation and process improvement initiatives end-to-end, from discovery through deployment and adoption • Comfortable working with JSON/XML data structures, SQL, and cloud data warehouses such as BigQuery • Experience writing or reviewing scripts in Python or JavaScript to support integrations, automation, or operational tooling • Familiarity with modern People Technology ecosystems, including ATS, HCM, performance, compensation, and workforce analytics platforms • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, accessible language for non-technical stakeholders • High ownership mindset with the ability to operate effectively in fast-moving, ambiguous environments while balancing strategic thinking with execution speed • All roles with Chainlink Labs are global and remote-based.
