Requirements
• 5+ years of progressive experience in benefits administration, benefits analysis, or related HR functions. • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred. • Experience supporting employee benefits programs in a high-growth or fast-paced environment preferred. • Working knowledge of federal and state benefits regulations and compliance requirements. • Experience in the fiber, telecom, or technology industry preferred. • Frequently operates a computer, keyboard, and other standard office equipment. • Near-constant use of sight, speech, hearing, comprehension, and reasoning. • Primarily remote work with occasional travel to a Lumos office or offsite meetings as needed. • Must be able to sit or remain in a stationary position for extended periods.
