Remote Junior APAC Talent Acquisition Manager Excel Greenhouse

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or related discipline • Basic understanding of recruiting practices • Strong interest in pursuing a career in recruiting operations • Proficiency in using ATS platforms for tracking candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle (e.g. Greenhouse) will be considered an advantage • Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and KPIs to optimize hiring processes will be considered an advantage • Excellent English language skills - Being a global team, we work entirely in English for meetings, customer calls and business communications • CV sent in English • Curiosity: Strive to learn and grow into different industries with a modern tech stack. • Autonomy and positivity: Stay self-driven in fully remote, global environment while working in a productive team culture. • Teamwork and communication: Excel in a collaborative approach. • Adaptability: Operate with a startup mindset and move at a startup pace.
