Requirements

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership & P&L Ownership: Define the vision and strategy across all Admin Services product lines, owning full P&L accountability and driving growth, profitability, and long-term scalability. • Product Line Expansion: Scale existing services such as invoicing, payroll, expense management, registrations and accounting & tax  into meaningful business lines, while identifying and building adjacent opportunities, both in the UK and internationally. • Commercial & Go-to-Market Ownership: Own pricing, packaging, monetisation, and distribution strategies. Drive acquisition, engagement, retention, and cross-sell across the portfolio. • Team Leadership & Organisation Building: Build and lead a high-performing, multi-layered team, with strong leadership across product, operations, and commercial functions. • Operational Excellence: Establish scalable processes across onboarding, servicing, compliance, and support, ensuring high reliability and efficiency. • Technology & AI Enablement: Leverage automation and emerging technologies, including AI, to transform service delivery and improve efficiency. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Finance, Risk, Legal, and Marketing teams to execute the division’s strategy. • Market & Customer Insight: Develop a deep understanding of SME needs, competitive landscape, and regulatory environment to inform strategy and innovation.
