Requirements

• Technical Prowess: You are a Salesforce wizard. You think in ERDs. You know when to use a Formula Field vs. a Flow. You have battle scars from messy data migrations. • Consultant Mindset: You don't just take tickets; you ask "Why?" You can explain to a Sales Manager why a specific validation rule is going to save their team 5 hours a week. • Agency DNA: You understand that Time is Money. You are disciplined with time-tracking and thrive in a high-velocity, multi-client environment. • Precision-Obsessed: You have a "double-check" culture. You wouldn't dream of pushing a Flow to production without testing it in a Sandbox first • 4+ years of deep Salesforce Administration/Strategy experience (SaaS experience preferred). • 2+ years in a client-facing agency or consultancy is highly preferred. • Expert-level knowledge of Salesforce Flows (Workflows and Process Builder are "dinosaurs" to you). • Experience with the modern RevOps stack: LeanData, Gong, Outreach/Salesloft, and CPQ tools. • Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently without dropping the ball. • Salesforce Certified Administrator (Advanced Admin or Platform App Builder preferred). • As a remote-first company, you’ll have the ability to work from anywhere in the US, with the option to enjoy our state-of-the-art offices in Irvine, California. For some positions, as posted, we will accommodate global opportunities where we have established businesses, including Canada, the UK, and Australia. For global locations, you must have established and current work authorization and permanently reside in that country.
