Requirements
• Merchant-Facing Technical Expertise: 10+ years of hands-on experience, ideally in sales engineering, supporting merchants in SaaS and e-commerce environments, blending technical acumen with customer-centric problem solving. • Strategic Solutioning Expertise: Demonstrated ability to translate complex business challenges into scalable, technical solutions that drive merchant growth and operational efficiency. • Technical Fluency with Business Impact: Comfortable navigating APIs, SQL, and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Ruby), while articulating how technical decisions align with business outcomes. • Operational Excellence: Demonstrated knowledge in Supply Chain, Fulfillment, and Warehouse Management Systems. • Cross-Functional Leadership: Demonstrated success in influencing stakeholders across Sales, Product, Operations, Compliance, and Implementation to deliver seamless enterprise merchant experiences. • Customer Empathy & Communication Mastery: Exceptional interpersonal and storytelling skills to build trust with merchants, simplify technical concepts, and drive alignment across diverse audiences. • Process Optimization Mindset: Experience building repeatable frameworks, documentation, and best practices that scale Sales Engineering operations and improve team efficiency.
Responsibilities

The full base pay range for this position in our compensation architecture is $114,300 - $190,500. In addition to base salary, this role includes the opportunity to be eligible for participation in the Company's discretionary bonus plan based on Company's plans and in accordance with Company’s policies.
