Requirements
• 2+ years of relevant experience in legal, consulting, or fund/startup operations (venture or fund operations experience a plus). • Familiarity with entity formation and venture capital fund structures. • Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to explain compliance/legal concepts to non-experts. • Comfort managing workflows systematically and at scale. • A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a willingness to dive into complex processes. • A track record of operating effectively in fast-paced, high-volume environments. • If you don’t tick every box above, we’d still encourage you to apply. Responsibilities
• Execute fund management and compliance workflows, including entity formation, regulatory filings, and related operational processes required to launch and close venture funds. • Support the launch of new fund structures in coordination with Finance, Tax, and other internal stakeholders. • Own data accuracy and process tracking across core operational systems. • Draft, review, and maintain operational documentation to support knowledge management and team scalability. • Identify and propose process improvements to streamline fund formation and closing cycles. • Act as a key point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders on fund formation timelines and requirements.
