Nas Company - AI Software Engineer
Requirements
• 3+ years of software engineering experience. • Strong programming skills in Python (preferred) or JavaScript/TypeScript. • Experience building applications using Large Language Models (LLMs). • Experience integrating AI APIs and deploying AI-powered products. • Solid understanding of prompt engineering, embeddings, vector databases, and RAG architectures. • Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure). • Familiarity with modern backend frameworks and REST APIs. • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. • Excellent communication skills in English. • Experience building autonomous AI agents. • Experience with MCP servers, function calling, or multi-agent systems. • Experience with LangGraph, LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks. • Experience deploying AI applications at scale. • Familiarity with fine-tuning, evaluation frameworks, or reinforcement learning. • Contributions to open-source AI projects.
Responsibilities
• Design, build, and deploy AI-powered products and features. • Develop AI agents and workflow automations using modern LLMs. • Integrate APIs from providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and other AI platforms. • Build reliable backend services that support AI applications. • Optimize prompts, retrieval systems (RAG), tool calling, and agent performance. • Evaluate new AI models and technologies and rapidly prototype new ideas. • Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Engineering to ship high-impact features. • Monitor, improve, and maintain AI systems in production.
