Kalepa - Senior Product Manager

• Location: Remote - EST or CST preferred • Location: • Kalepa is looking for a technically-focused Principal Product Manager with 7+ years of experience to be a leader within our Product team. You will be expected to set strategy and drive execution for major product areas of Kalepa’s core platform: working closely with engineers, designers, and other technical resources to deliver on Kalepa’s product vision and unlock value for users. • You have 5+ years of product management experience, including 3+ building Enterprise SaaS products • You use first principles thinking to break down complex user needs to build clear, scalable workflows • You excel at leading cross-functional teams and clearly communicating workflows and user needs for stakeholders • Have experience working closely with engineering teams in a fast-moving, agile environment, with high standards for requirements quality and delivery. • You love being the voice of the customer.
