Responsibilities

• Schedule all interviews and debrief sessions including phone screens, video screens, and remote onsite interviews • Respond to candidate emails or scheduling tasks within 24 hours • Manage all candidate questions and concerns with a sense of urgency, empathy, and a high standard of customer experience • Work closely with Recruiters, Hiring Managers and Interviewers to deliver an exceptional and consistent candidate experience • Create and manage scheduling templates using our ATS (Ashby) • Manage interviewer pools, load balancing, and proactive capacity planning • IF YOU HAVE SOME OR ALL OF THE FOLLOWING, PLEASE APPLY: • At least 2 years of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator, preferably at a growth-stage startup • Experience managing high-volume interview scheduling across multiple time zones
