Translate documented requirements into system configurations under the guidance of senior implementation team members, building your expertise with every project. • Leverage vibe coding agents. Build and use AI-powered “vibe coding” agents to accelerate configuration tasks, automate repetitive setup work, and prototype solutions quickly. • Be the quality gatekeeper. Perform quality assurance checks to ensure setups meet client specifications and internal best practices before anything reaches the customer. • Drive issues to resolution. Support testing cycles, document issues clearly, and coordinate fixes with internal teams (Support, Product, Engineering) to keep implementations on track. • Support seamless go-lives. Assist with go-live preparation — including final configuration reviews, documentation updates, and post-launch support — to help customers cross the finish line with confidence. • Build client exposure. Join customer calls alongside senior consultants to observe client interactions and progressively take on direct client communication as you develop.
