Requirements
• 2+ years working with ML in production • Strong Python + PyTorch/PyTorch Lightning • Understanding of deep learning fundamentals • Experience with speech/audio ML is a strong plus • Experience with large-scale or distributed training • Familiarity with GCP (Vertex AI, Cloud Run, BigQuery)
Responsibilities
• Train large-scale speech models (STT/TTS) • Work with modern speech architectures and push them to production • Build and maintain ML training pipelines for real-time voice processing • Develop evaluation frameworks and improve model performance • Collaborate with product and engineering to ship AI-powered features
