Kraken - Senior Product Designer - Internal Tools

• 5+ years of end-to-end product design experience, with a portfolio that demonstrates strong, high-quality work across complex problem spaces. • Strong UX and visual design skills. You can take on ambiguous, challenging problems and deliver solutions that are both thoughtful and user-centered. • Proficient with prototyping tools and techniques, and able to communicate ideas clearly across different audiences. • Comfortable owning high-impact features or projects end-to-end, while staying collaborative with peers and cross-functional partners. • Open to feedback, quick to iterate, and genuinely curious about improving your craft. • Data-informed in your approach.
