Requirements
• 3–5+ years of experience in Product Design / UX Design. • Strong experience with B2C digital products. • Proven experience designing performance-driven user flows: onboarding, subscription funnels, paywalls, CRO flows, trial-to-paid conversion, or retention journeys. • Hands-on experience with A/B testing and product experimentation. • Data-driven mindset and ability to work with user behavior data, analytics, and product metrics. • Advanced Figma skills: Auto Layout, Components, Variants, Variables, design systems, and developer-ready file organization. • Experience working with or building scalable design systems. • Strong communication skills and ability to explain design decisions to product, engineering, and leadership teams. • Fluent English. • Experience with B2C subscription products. • Experience in growth-focused or performance-driven product companies. • Experience with products for the US market. • Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools and workflows. • Experience working in remote, cross-functional teams. • Fully remote role. • Full-time cooperation. • B2B contract only. • Preferred location: Europe or Ukraine. • Flexible schedule with collaboration across European / Eastern European working hours. • The team usually operates within the 7:00–18:00 CET/EET window, with flexibility based on workload and collaboration needs. • No time tracker; the company uses self-reporting for project cost allocation.
Responsibilities
• Design and improve user experiences for B2C digital products. • Work on onboarding flows, activation journeys, subscription paywalls, trial-to-paid conversion, retention mechanics, and monetization flows. • Translate user research, product analytics, and behavioral data into practical design solutions. • Create, test, and iterate on design hypotheses through A/B experiments. • Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, QA, UX Researchers, and other product stakeholders. • Build and maintain scalable design systems, components, and visual guidelines. • Improve key product metrics such as conversion, retention, engagement, and LTV. • Work across several products, as the company’s products are relatively compact and teams often support more than one product.
