Requirements
• Master’s degree or higher in a health care or business-related field is preferred • Minimum 10 years of healthcare experience • Strong business acumen • Excellent communication, leadership, interpersonal and customer service skills • Able to motivate and empower teams • Comfortable in fast-paced and evolving organizations with a willingness to be flexible and pivot when needed. • Excellent at prioritization, scoping, and documentation
