Requirements
• Experience building and maintaining production software, ideally in growth, product, marketing, or sales-adjacent environments • Strong proficiency in Python; experience with Node.js is a plus • Experience working with or integrating GTM systems such as Salesforce, Outreach, and data or automation platforms • Comfort building internal tools, automations, and data-driven workflows • Prior people leadership experience, or clear readiness to step into a team-lead role • A builder mindset with a bias toward action, ownership, and measurable impact

In addition to a competitive base salary, total compensation may include equity and/or variable pay (OTE).
