• A top-tier STEM or Economics graduate (computer science, engineering, mathematics, physics, economics, or similar) • 0–2 years of experience, including internships, placements, or early-career roles with real responsibility • Practical experience beyond academia, e.g. internships, startups, consulting projects, fintech, data, or operational roles • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data (Excel skills are a must have, Python or equivalent skills are a strong plus) • Structured problem-solver who can break down messy, real-world problems • Technically curious and comfortable working with systems, even if you’re not an engineer • Clear communicator who can work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams • How you work (and what we value) • You take ownership and follow through until problems are actually solved • You’re comfortable working in ambiguity and don’t wait for perfect instructions • You care deeply about customer outcomes and operational reality • You speak up when something doesn’t make sense and help fix it • You’re willing to put in extra effort at key moments (e.g. launches, live incidents), knowing this is where real learning happens • Progression & growth • This role serves as a stepping stone to Product Management, offering a clear progression path. As a Product Associate, you’ll be expected to: • Build deep product and operational knowledge • Consistently own and solve problems end-to-end with real business and customer impact • Demonstrate strong judgement, data-driven thinking, and stakeholder management • High performers will progress to Junior Product Manager as they begin to: • Own small features or product areas independently • Lead defined workstreams within launches • Take direct ownership of partner-facing or customer-facing product improvements • Progression is based on impact and ownership, not time served.
Responsibilities
